Use this page as the release-facing support URL for Pantrybot. It explains how to reach support, how account deletion works, and what users should expect from Pantrybot's current web and iPhone release posture.

Account Deletion And Data Controls

Pantrybot supports in-app account deletion. Open Pantrybot and go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.

Deletion is for permanent removal, not deactivation. If you own a household with another member, Pantrybot requires you to transfer that household to a current member before your account can be deleted. If you are the only member, deleting your account also deletes that household and its pantry, shopping, meal-planning, and activity history. Pantrybot may still retain limited records for security, billing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.

If you cannot access your account well enough to complete deletion in-app, contact support from the email address tied to the account so Pantrybot can help verify ownership and direct you to the correct recovery path.

Billing Support

Pantrybot uses Stripe for web billing and Apple In-App Purchase for supported iPhone subscriptions. Pantrybot does not store full payment card numbers on Pantrybot infrastructure.

If you subscribe on iPhone, Pantrybot starts that purchase through Apple and restore runs through Apple as well. App Store-managed subscriptions should be changed in Apple subscription settings.

If you subscribe on the web, Pantrybot uses Stripe-hosted checkout and subscription management. Web-bought subscriptions can still unlock the same Pantrybot account on iPhone after sign-in, but the iPhone app does not open Stripe management flows directly.

If you need help with billing, contact support and include whether the issue started in a Stripe-hosted web flow or in Apple billing, the account email address, and the approximate time of the issue.

AI, Recipes, And Food-Safety Limits

Pantrybot uses AI-assisted features to help with pantry entry, shopping lists, recipes, and meal planning. Those outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

Pantrybot is not a medical provider and does not guarantee allergen safety, nutritional accuracy, or suitability for a medical diet. Review AI-suggested pantry entries, recipes, and meal plans before relying on them for allergy-sensitive or health-sensitive decisions.
