Pantrybot Terms of Service

Pantrybot is a consumer app for organizing household food inventory, shopping, and meal-planning activity. By using Pantrybot, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for household, planning, and related personal productivity purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to Pantrybot and for the use of Pantrybot by people you invite into your household workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pantrybot login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Pantrybot support promptly.

Household administrators may invite other people into a shared household. Shared household members may be able to view and edit pantry, shopping, dietary, and meal-planning data associated with that household according to their role.

Pantrybot may use AI-assisted features to help interpret pantry updates, suggest shopping entries, recommend recipes, and prepare meal plans. Those outputs are suggestions only.

Pantrybot is not a doctor, dietitian, nutrition service, or allergen-safety system. Pantrybot does not guarantee that AI outputs, recipe suggestions, or meal plans are safe, accurate, allergen-free, nutritionally complete, or appropriate for a medical condition. You are responsible for verifying food, ingredient, and safety decisions before acting on them.

Pantrybot currently uses Stripe-hosted checkout and subscription-management flows on the web for supported paid plans, and Apple In-App Purchase for supported iPhone subscriptions. If you purchase a plan on the web or through Apple, Pantrybot may reflect the resulting entitlement on your account.

iPhone subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed by Apple. Web subscriptions are managed through Pantrybot's Stripe-hosted web flow. Pantrybot may show plan status on either surface, but billing-management behavior depends on where the subscription started.

Pantrybot may suspend or terminate access if Pantrybot reasonably believes an account is being used to abuse the service, interfere with other users, violate these terms, or create security, fraud, or legal risk.

You may stop using Pantrybot at any time. You may request deletion of your account in-app at Settings > Profile > Delete Account.

Pantrybot may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
